Cinderellas Sister Eps 5-6

I know i say this week after week for the past two weeks ever since Cinderellas Sister premiered but man… this series is really, really the bomb!

It truly deserves its spot as the number 1 drama for now and the ratings they get because sincerely, it rocks in every way…

I am already half in love with it’s writer… She is a genius, whoever she is…

CHINCHA! Every episode just never fails to amaze me with the wealth of emotions that it conveys to its viewers… Everything is underplayed, the actions subtle, the dialogues quiet and yet beneath the words and the eyes of the actors it conveys years of sadness, heartache and the sad anticipation of hoping that never comes thus boiling forth into the surface and it is just so breathtaking when it happens since it had been a long time coming…

The story has definitely gotten slower from previous episodes after the timejump of 8 years but every scene is still as interesting… It’s good to see the changes in both of the sisters and Ki Hoon’s appearance only manages to up the angst factor but these past two episodes gave me a better understanding of HyoSun… I fear for her, i ache for her and now it seems like the tables have turned and she has nothing…

While Eun Jo may seem to have in the same state too, but with her talent and intelligence, there is already an assurance in the fact that now she can take care of herself independently… something that Hyo Sun doesn’t even have… I can just imagine how it feels from being the center of the world of everybody from Ki Hoon to her dad and now, they seemed to have just all abandoned her…

I sincerely cried at her voiceover… CHONGMAL… Hopefully, Eun Jo would be more vocal about how much she cares for her because it seems like underneath the sarcastic and cutting remarks she really does, because in the end , i really want them to treat each other as sisters…

Though Hyo Sun’s act after Ki Hoon left might be the cause of misunderstandings, i can feel her heart and understand why she did it… She was young then and impulsive but the consequences are great now that Eun Jo seem to be back to square one as she closes her heart for Ki Hoon who is so longing for her… I can see the sisters drifting further apart because of him…

I now have no sympathy for the mother… their father is awesome but the mother is a flat out, money grubbing, two faced beeyatch! I wish she chokes on soju one of these days and keel over but i guess we need our villain… She is plotting and scheming to get into Hyosun’s good graces but she is leeching off her and slowly boxing her out of things that are supposed to be really hers… What i hate the most is how she paints such a horrid picture of her to her father under the guise of concern, causing the two of them to drift further apart… WHAT THE HELL?

Jung Woo is such a sweetheart… he has very little speaking lines but i like how he’s grown up despite how he was raised… He’s always been a cute, pudgy little boy and now that he’s hunky dory i’m glad he even became better…

Why do i get the feeling that Hyo Sun and Ki Hoon will end up married so that he could get his hand into her fathers business? Or am i doing a fanfiction in my head? Wouldn’t that be an awesome twist though that would up the angst factor between the sisters?

No previews for next week… but my heart breaks for both Hyo Sun and Eun Jo… i wish this will all have a happy ending in the end…

On a lighter note, Seo Woo is soooo pretty in these two episodes… even the script can’t get over it… hahaha!
